John Occuish was the son of Joshua and Elizabeth Occuish of Brothertown, New York. He removed to the Brothertown community in Wisconsin territory around 1817. He received lot 145 there in 1831. By 1845 he had two children, John and Melissa. Love, Samson Occom, 355.
