Strong, Joseph (1804), 1741 -

Joseph Strong was the son of Joseph Strong and Charity Wells of Fairfield, Connecticut.  He served in various capacities: town clerk, treasurer, selectman, justice of the peace and the town's representative to the Connecticut General Assembly.  In 1799, Strong was a member of a committee on Pequonnock Indian affairs.  Benjamin W.
